Jam (Eng. Jam) differs from jams mainly because it is made of only one type of fruit, ie, from the whole fruit or large pieces of ripe fruit that must be seen in a jam. Working with natural color, aroma and flavor jam can add up to 5% natural fruit juice. Jam must have a natural taste and aroma of fruit from which it is made, and must not contain useless parts such as seeds, stems, etc.
